Grab a folder full of reports

Hello, I am working in monarch data prep studio, I would like data prep to pull several of the same type of report from a file of the reports. Is it possible to have monarch consistently grab a folder full of reports as opposed to just grabbing on report?

Hi Carter,

DPS is not designed to work in that automated way.  If you have the Monarch Classic Automation feature, you can run Monarch Classic from the command line, and might be able to string together a batch file that goes through a particular directory, running Monarch on the command line with each report.

However, another product, Monarch Automator is designed exactly for this kind of thing.  It can monitor a particular directory, kick off a job when a report arrives, and then move or delete, or take other action to indicate the report has been processed.
