Update Thickness From a CSV File

If user has a CSV file with property name or id along with thickness information, utility will read this file in HM and update the properties with new information from CSV file.
Usage/Installation Instructions
- Launch tbc file.
- Select CSV file either with name or id and click on proceed.
- Check if thicknesses are updated.
