Convert LS-DYNA *set_node_general or a *set_node_list_generate to a *set_node_list

Overview

This script converts Ls-Dyna *SET_NODE_GENERAL or a *SET_NODE_LIST_GENERATE to a *SET_NODE_LIST. The purpose of this was to provide a method for these different sets to convert to other solvers with the HM conversion tool. *SET_NODE_LIST has an easier time converting

This script converts Ls-Dyna *SET_NODE_GENERAL or a *SET_NODE_LIST_GENERATE to a *SET_NODE_LIST.
