Imprint surfaces to a base surface. If the model contains thickness information, the thickness of the imprinted blate is updated to the sum of the plates and a z-offset is applied accordingly. The surface normals need to point outwards for correct calculation of z-offset.
Usage/Installation Instructions
1) Select one surface that defines the baseline
2) Select surfaces of one plate to imprint into the base surface
3) continue with other plates, no selection to quit
Limitation
Property update only supported for OptiStruct/Nastran and Abaqus. Other Solvers only geometry modification without property update.
