Plotel_from_cgap(G)

Overview

User while running TIED contact analysis in OS was unable to viz the connections. So i suggested him to use the Control Card "CONTPRM,CONTGAP,YES" option. This writes out a file .CGAP file but does not have plotel elements associated to find attached entities.

Usage/Installation Instructions

The attached script which would create PLOTEL elements from the CGAP(G) elements to the nearest structral elements. This way you would be able to find the attached structural elements to the CGAP(G) which are connected to the slave nodes. Load the macro and pick all the CGAP(G) elements (only) in your model and it will create the plotel for display purpose.
