Use Compose fitting Aluminium Foam material parameters of LAW115 in Radioss
LAW115 in Radioss used to simulate Alu-Foam. In this material law following parameters need be determined.
Cording to the document, alpha is between 0~2.12
sig_p is initial flow stress
eps_D could be calculated like below, here Rho_f is foam density, and Rho_f0 is base material density (density of Alu without foam)
Then there are actually only three parameters left alpha2,gama,beta need be determined. These three parameters could use compressure curve and compose script to fitting.
with Compose script, curve of csv file format need be read. After fitted below figure and material card could be printed.
in the results, density, E and Nu could be updated by user.
