Isolate Elems by Pcompg Plies

Overview

This script isolates the elements in a model that are assigned by a desired global ply ID in a pcompg card and that references a specific MAT ID. It allows the user to isolate the elements within components that make up a specific ply.

Limitation: This current script only works with elements that have an indirect PCOMPG assignment from a component.
