I formatted my pc without deactivating my license!

I formatted my pc without deactivating my license. When I try to activate PSIM, it says your license already active with another host.
please help me ????????

Hi Mohammed,

 Your license has been deactivated from your PC. You should now be able to activate your student license on your PC again. Please let me know if that works for you.
