Starting from nothing, and within 30 minutes a complete running model ready for a traditional sizing optimization (or in this case, trade off study). Dabbled into some Inspire Studio to make my airfoil, then completed the modeling and meshing in HyperWorks using 1D and 2D meshing, and finished off with setting up a study with the new Design Explorer tools!
The next 10 years in engineering will be defined by how engineers effectively use High Performance Computing and Data, and HyperWorks has the tools to answer many of those questions.
Panel Sizing is a classic question we face as aerospace engineers, and hopefully the tools shown in this video will unlock some creativity and allow you to answer challenging questions quickly.
