I have completed many courses as listed in mt Record of Learning in Dashboard. But I am unable to download their certificates as status is not 100%. How to change the status so that I can download certificates for all the courses that I attended?

That was what my question was. I have already completed those courses but it is not showing 100%. How do I make them 100% complete?
Hi Pritesh,To receive a certificate of participation, you must attend at least 70% of the course.We have checked your attendance and adjusted it accordingly in the LMS system (http://learn.altair.com).You will receive a separate email.

I have also similar question, I attended 5 courses with instructors and I attended all 5 course, each 3 hours but still my status says, I completed 0%. I thing, it is instructors task to tick mark or inform that who attended and mark as 100% attended course in order to issue an certificate.
Here is my course list which I attended (5*3 hours of participation).
