Hello Frederic, thank you for your help. It seems easier in HyperWorks. Could you please provide the steps also in HyperMesh 2022.1? I tried with HyperWorks 2022.1 but I see from your video you are doing it in the 2023.1 and in my version I cannot find the design space ribbon and voxel mesh. Regards, Andrea

Design Space ribbon should also be available in 2022.1. But, as this workflow is to support topology optimization model build and setup, it is only available for the OptiStruct solver interface. Maybe that's why you can't find it.

If your goal is to get perfect cube elements, then I would say the best approach is to create a voxel mesh from the Design Space ribbon. Please find attached a quick video highlighting this solution.
