forrtl: severe (64): input conversion error, unit 31

Hello,

could someone help me with this error?

I cannot understand the source of it and how to fix it.

I am using a tabular equation of state for /MAT/HYD_JCOOK. The file is saved without extension an its name is correctly called in the material law card.
