Wrong Number of Tokens Warning - How can I get rid of it? What is causing this error?

Getting an error when I try to open my newly installed Hyperworks. 

The error says 

"Wrong number of tokens in "registerAssemblyWizardFile" at line 694."

After I clear the error out, more errors pop up with a change in the line number. 

Lastly, I cannot find material database.

Sounds like an installation error. Can you try reinstalling using the recommendations in the manual
