Nonlinear Material for different behavior in tension and compression

I am trying to model a material in Radioss that behaves elastically differently in tension and compression. What material card should I use to model this? It seems like the Ogden materials are all incompressible. Is there a material you could use to model this in Optistruct as well? Thanks, picture of the stress/strain plot below.

    Hi

There is not material law with that behavior for Radioss.

One alternative is to use /MAT/LAW25 and for the softer direction, e.g. compression, you set the plastic work parameters to attempt to mimic the lower modulus behavior.

    I hope this is helpful.

    Regards
