Hello.

I've update the hyperworks suite to 2021.1 version and now the h3d files don't have the right components subdivision

For example...I've a optistruct model with 11 components..and 3 props....the h3d results file shows the whole model divided in just 3 components that are actuallu the props

is there a way to correct the issue?

Thank you Roberto

You could try loading the .fem file into the model portion for now as a workaround.

Unfortunaltly it does't work with strain energy group. in this case it shows the SE just for 3 comp leaving empty the others

It seems that the issue happens because there are not the comments $HMMOVE anymore in the deck file, replaced by $HMCOMP...but $HMCOMP shouldn't be a comment for the Optistruct solver.

@Robisan, I'm having this identical issue with HV 2021.1 Any luck with resolving it?

Altair support told me that actually is a bug of the version 2021.1 and they have fixed the issue with the 2021.2.

we need to wait for the new realise

I'm having the exact same issue. Does the support have an idea how to temporarily resolve this issue with a workaround?
