while loading the software in y laptop, i am facing a licensing error and i am not able to move ahead with the loading procedure. Can someone please help me?

looks like you have a license created with a different hostid (mac address) than the machine you're trying to install it.

The license file is created based on the hostid (ethernet mac address) of a specific machine, and it is only suited for that machine.

It the license code does not match with your machine, then, it won't launch.

I assume that you have provided a different machine mac address while requesting the license file.

If that's the case, you will need to request again, with the correct ethernet physical address.
