Unable to download the student licensed software from the email links

Hi,

I tried downloading the Theo Render for Rhino using the link sent to my email but it takes me to a blank page which says "Forbidden". Could you please resend me the links to download it?

    I have the same problem, but with ESAComp. Could you please resend me the links to download it?
