Altair One sign-up problem

Hi there,

My customer's students have signed up for Altair One account. Two of them have got problem. Their accounts have been locked right after signed-up. They asked for unlock the accounts, received email with unlock link but the problem persists. Please kindly advise.

Please provide the email IDs of the two users so we can send them the password reset link. If possible, ask the two users to post their questions directly in the community for easier assistance.
