Optistruct not installed

Guten Tag,

 

habe das gesamte Hyperworks 2021.1 Paket installiert, wenn ich jedoch auf OptiStruct klicke erhalte ich die Meldung "Optistruct ist not installed currently". Können Sie mir helfen? Habe danach hwsolver erneut installiert, hat auch geklappt, zum Schluss erhalte ich jedoch folgende Meldung: "Die Installation von Mechanical Solvers Help 2021.1 ist abgeschlossen, jedoch sind Fehler während der Installation aufgetreten. Bitte entnehmen Sie dem Installationsprotokoll genauere Informationen." Wo finde ich das Installationsprotokoll?

Hi Lena,

The installation logs can be found at: <installation folder>\logs

For example in my case they are at: C:\Program Files\Altair\2021.2\logs

If you did indeed install mechanical solvers as well as mechanical solver help, and only one got installed, it is possible that the mechanical solver exe did not download properly. Try and re-download and then re-install it.
