How to map variable pressure distribution on a surface

Hi, I want to map a distribution of pressure over a bicycle saddle based on the weight of a person seating on it. As it is not a constant load distributed over the area, how can I implement the distribution of pressure with a varying load or a load that changes (i.e. starts from a reference point and slowly reduces as it is spread over an area)?

Is there a function I must use or reference a table of data? Would really appreciate the help. Thank you.

you can create a pressure filed using an equation

go to Analysis >>Pressure and change 'magnitude' to 'equation'.

Then, define a proper equation to your case, optionally in a local coordinate system.

    Hi Adriano,

Thanks for your reply. That is what I was looking for. Incidentally, would you happen to know an equation I can use for an outward radial pressure change beginning from a single force?
