problem in activating the license

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a problem in activating the license for the student version inspire 3D software. I have updated the ethernet Id and license file location in the given license setup, but still my license is not activated. please do the needful as soon as possible.

HI,
Please set an environment variable as below to disconnect from the Altair cloud managed trial license
and then point to the student edition license file,
