Heat analysis with HyperWorks CFD, but with rotation movement?

Hi experts,

I'm want to use HyperWorks CFD for a heat transfer analysis.

My model is a sensor inside a car wheel with rotation.

I'm quite clear about how to do heat analysis, but I don't know how to consider the rotate motion of the wheel.

Anyone could suggest me any ideas?

What are all the physics you are trying to capture?  Please include/describe with as much detail as possible.  And to what level of accuracy?

I try to capture the heat that the chip generate during working inside the wheel.

But I'm not sure that how the rotation of the wheel will affect the temperature.

You can use reference frame if you are solving it in steady state. If the tire is rotating at a constant speed I believe air inside is viscous enough to rotate almost at the same speed but it will lag during acceleration and deceleration.

    Really thanks for your information!
