Hi,
I'm trying to use a gear type joint in radioss thru /GJOINT. However, there is no option in hypermesh to input this keyword.
I don't think this keyword is deprecated, so is there another way of doing this? or maybe another keyword which is supported with similar functionality?
Thanks,
Hadar

    Hi Hadar,

I think you are looking for KJOINT. Can you please verify?

    Thanks

    Hi,

No, KJOINT is penalty formulation of different joints, while GJOINT is constraint formulation of gear joint.
I specifically need to model a gear..

    Thanks,
    Hadar

That's the one. Why is it not available in hypermesh??

Please add it to hypermesh so we can work with it.

    Thanks.
