Progressive load with hyperworks

It happens that I have to do a test, with hyperworks, in which I subject a part to a progressive load, let's say as a tensile test, but the force does not change with respect to time but with displacement. The problem is that I haven't found any such procedure in the Altair manuals or tutorials ???? could you help me?

i don't have a right answer for you but i could suggest you to try adding a nonlinear spring (CBUSH) to your model, and assign a nonlinear force x displacement curve into your PBUSH property.

This would be the only way I can think on having some control over the force according with the displacement, and not time.

just an example of nonlinear spring attached.
