License activation error

Hi,

I got the email with license and the download link for Hyperworks. However, I am unable to activate using the license.

I  tried many times, setting up environment variable,  manually selecting the file. I need assistance.

HI,

If the activation steps were followed correctly then the issue could be due to the ethernet ID used to request the license file is not correct, please follow the troubleshooting tips here - https://altairuniversity.com/altair-student-edition-licensing/

update: I requested another License file and it worked. Thanks
