i have a student version of hyperworks 2022. how can i upgrade it to 2024

Hi Yogesh,

HyperWorks v2024 is not currently part of the Student edition bundle, but it will be added soon.

I can see that your university has purchased academic licenses, you can install HyperWorks v2024 from the Marketplace. To find it, search for "HyperMesh v2024" in the Marketplace search bar, as HyperWorks has been renamed to HyperMesh.

You can refer to the image below for guidance.

I can't find the option to download 2024. When I go to the location as shown in image it only has 2022 version. How do I access my academic version as mentioned. My licence list shows on lu the student version

In the screenshot you shared, HyperMesh v2024 is visible in your Marketplace. Please proceed to download the .exe file.

Please refer to the attached document. Follow the instructions provided in the document to access the university-provided licenses (AU Enterprise Suite). If you encounter any issues while accessing the managed licenses after referring to the attached PDF, please share the screenshot of the error/issue with us.

Sure it shows 2024 update but I can't find a way to download 2024 files. If I click on hypermesh option as shown in the image I sent it downloads edu2022 file

Thanks for reporting this, while we look into the exact issue, as a workaround please go to Altair connect and see if you can download 2024 from there ...
