How do I get my student email verified for the student edition license?

Hi, I'm having difficulty getting my student email verified. I've tried using this application (https://studentedition.altair.com/?__hstc=203577039.6bdbbbe69a1087dfcace18fb4e2c3021.1629861384646.1629861384646.1629861384646.1&__hssc=203577039.3.1629861384646&__hsfp=2645985738) a couple of times and had no response for the past few weeks. Is there a way to speed this up or is there someone who I can contact about this?

    Hi Alyssa,

    Your student license request was just approved, thanks for writing to us, let us know if you still have concerns

    Due to security settings of emails etc. some recipients may not receive the verification / confirmation email.
