Error 9

Hi,

I have installed hyperworks to do my final degree project. I have hooked the license in the security folder and the program detects it and works, but when I run a simulation with "run" I get error 9 again.
I have verified that the ethernet address of the license and the address of my pc are the same. I have reinstalled the programs.
The error persists and I can't simulate. In the box of the errors I can see the error 6 and the error -40 and i think all are related with the license.
Can anybody help me?

    HI,

    Can you confirm you are using the student edition and let us know if this happens with all model files you run or just this one?

    Please share the model file with us as well,
