Problem with student license in activating PSIM

Hello, i have a problem in activating the student license key in PSIM. I have a key valid until 2025/02/07, but still an error occurs as you can see in the screenshot. How can i solve this problem?image

    Please make sure you do not have any spaces in front or after the license key or any other characters other than the license key with hyphens in between.
