.dat file (necessary for activating the license) was sent as an attachment with the license email.
I have resent you the license file (altair_lic.dat) along with the license email as an attachment just now.
Please check your mailbox and save the .dat file in security folder on your computer. You can also refer to the below video for the license activation process:
