License Error Trying to get into CADFEKO

Hi,

I am trying to complete a project in which I build a structure for a remote sensing device; my professor instructed me to use CADFEKO. I know that my school, Manhattan College, has a license. However, after downloading FEKO, and trying to run CADFEKO, I am given an error code 9 stating as follows:

"An error occurred while checking out a license.

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWFEKOGUI

Error Code: 9

Error Description:

Feature not found

License Path: C:\Program Files\Altair\2023.1\security\altair_lic.dat"

I viewed some similar forums, but I cannot seem to use the responses given in those forums to solve the problem. I attached a screenshot of the error code/window, as well as a screenshot of the folder that the "altair_lic.dat" file is located in. Within my security folder, there is just a folder named bin, there is no .dat file at all. 

I also tried downloading this software on 2 different computers--I received the same error message on both computers, and have been unable to move forward with the project.
