Did not receive download link/ instructions after requesting Altair Student Edition
Urgent question: I have submitted the form to request Altair Student Edition with my academic institution email (kuthan.celebi@ubc.ca) and received a confirmation email from (altairuniversity@altair.com) on July 4, 2023. I have not heard back ever since and I would like to download the Altair Inspire software.
Non-urgent question: Additionally, I am a teaching assistant and we plan to use the software for a course in our university. I am wondering if there are any faster processes to ensure all students' request for download can be handled more quickly once our course starts on September 2023.

Apologies for the delay. We have received your student license request and it has been forwarded for approval.
Approval might take some time. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
If you are interested in obtaining a teaching license then please let us know so that we can guide you further.
Please note: If you enter your university email ID, the registration will be processed immediately, and in most cases, approved immediately. If you enter a free domain email ID like Gmail and upload ID proof photo, please note the registration can take a few days to be processed
Please ask the students to apply for the student license using official university email ID and it will be processed immediately in most cases.
