1D element moment extraction

Hi,

 

I built a 1D beam model with cbeam element, using a PBEAML property. How can I extract the moment and forces in each element? 

I have SPCF switched on at the supports, but I can only see stresses in the elements not the individual moments and forces.

    ELFORCE ouput is waht you're lookign for.

     

    SPCF is only for reactions in constraints/imposed disp.

    Will I have to rerun the model to extract them?
