Invalid License error for trial version

I've just downloaded a trial version (hwDesktop2022.2_win64.exe) and run the executable.  There's a window asking for my license, so I filled in the username and password, but it tells me the license is invalid.

I tried to create a case, but I have no idea where to find my account number.  I don't see one in the email Altair sent, nor can I find one in my profile information. 

What do I need to do?

The trial license you have does not allow for HyperWorks to be used. Someone from sales will get in touch with you regarding getting a HyperWorks trial license.
