Hi all,

Last night, I tried installing the 2023 and 2024 versions of SimLab, but both installations failed. The error message is shown in the attached picture.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you so much for your assistance, I really appreciate it!
May I ask if you are an engineer from Altair?
If I have related questions in the future, how can I contact you? Is it possible to reach out via email?
