When coupling edem-HWCFD, using the Force/Torque controllers feature, does it mean that GPU acceleration cannot be used?

Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Hi xixihaha

Are you sure this is from HWCFD? The error says that is due to an MBD (multibody dynamics) and not CFD coupling. Could you clarify if you which tools you are using for the coupling? Are you using MotionSolve or AcuSolve?

    Hi xixihaha

I just tried the EDEM-AcuSolve coupling using HMCFD, and force/torque controllers are working fine for v2023.0. If nothing else, I would recommend you to update your versions, and hopefully that helps you with the intended behavior.

Thank you for your reply. It seems that I need to update the version.

Hello, in this case, I can use the CPU to calculate the model, but not the GPU?

Did you use the GPU for calculation?
