Why I did not receive the Altair download files for HyperMesh?

When I try to get my student license and apply, it tells me that my Sign Up - Successful! However, I do not receive the download folder nor any notification saying that I cannot access it. I was trying for 5 days. Can someone helps me?

    Hi,

    We have received your student license request and it has been forwarded for approval.

    Approval might take some time. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    After approval, you will get an email having the software download links and the license file, and instructions will be given there for the installation of the same.
