Why the student files link doasnt work?

Hi, I'm student and my download link for "Altair student edition" doesn't work.

I have tried to use Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but I had the same problem. When the .exe is downloaded I find as "Not Confirm" file in Download. I think I need another link.
