can anyone explain Mode Super position method briefly ?

OptiStruct this already with output of modal participation from MotionSolve, AVL/EXCITE, and SIMPACK. You just need to get the modal participation results in .h3d, NASTRAN .inp4, or SDRC .unv file format.
