Stuck at meshing in inspirecast

The casting is made using fusion 360 and did not have a problem with the casting simulation when the body's material is Aluminum weighing 17 Kg. But when i changed the material of the casting to steel and i did the pouring time calculations correctly but im still stuck in meshing. Help please.

The pouring time is 13 seconds or 4 kg/sec for steel.

Hello Naga,

Changing material should not affect meshing step. Can you share your model (icast file) with support? Team will work with you to resolve the problem.

sure, im including the icast file. I modified the gating a couple of times and with this gating (refer the icast) there was no issue with meshing, filling and solidification at all before.

My icast file is around 400 mb so,

I created the same file again due to file size limitation of 15 mb here. still have the same issue with the fresh start from the scratch.
