Unable to Analyze the Problem using OptiStruct

I am unable to perform any analysis on the OptiStruct Solver. I am getting the message as

OptiStruct ERROR: 1.
A fatal error has occurred in your model. Please refer to the .out
file to obtain more information on how to correct it.

If possible can anyone help me. I have tried some of the tips in Forum but those didn't work. Please help as it is required soon. I tried to reinstall the application also.

Does this happen with any type of anaylsis?
