Hi,

I have a simple Geometry, and the material of this Geometry is a Non-Linear material model. In this model the input load is the displacement and the output is the reaction force. I want to optimize the parameters of this Non-Linear material model, so that the reaction forces matches to the measurements.

Can someone suggest how to do this optimization.

If I got it write, then you will need to go to HyperStudy (+OptiStruct) to optimizae these material parameters, and add as response the reaction force of this particular point. There you can define a least squares optimization, and define the target value for your reaction.

    Are you familiar to HyperStudy?

There's a tutorial for material calibration with Radioss, but it's the same idea.
