I did not receive an email with the license file and software download links about PSIM.

I applied for Altair Student Edition Request. And I received an information mail about my submission from altairuniversity. I entered my university email ID during the registration. However, I did not receive an email with the license file and software download links.

    The same topic applies to me. I am a professor at the University of Petroleum and Gas, serving as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. I have provided the university's email address, but have not received any response. I appreciate the feedback.
