My customer uses HM 2020. I accidentally save the file in 2021. There is a way to get a downgrade of the file? Thanks in advance

There is no direct way.
If it is only a FE data then export as a solver file(for example .fem or .key or .nas or .inp file) then you can import it in any versions and save it as .hm file.
If it has only geometric data then export as a geometry file(for example .iges or .jt or .stp file) then you can import it in any versions and save it as .hm file.

For me, I export HM into HMASCII format, and then import it into older release.
