Material mechanical properties that change with temperature

Hello, 

I have a situation that the temperature changes over time. I want to include material mechanical properties that change with temperature change into the model.

Is it possible for me to do this in OptiStruct?

Hi,

 

There are a few temperature dependent material cards in OptiStruct, that are in general extensions of the traditional cards of OS.

for the isotropic MAT1 you have MATT1 for example. If you look at OS help you will find more about it.

In general you provide a table for temp dependent properties.
