Please take a look at this ebook for some tips on Heat Transfer analysis with OptiStruct.

tutorial OS-T 1090 is almost what you need, but you will need to change from Heat Flux (surface) in Step 5 to QVOL (volumetric) applied to your solid elements.

But, for QVOL, do i need to make conduction surface elements first?

i got error
*** ERROR # 5028 ***
QVOL does not refer to valid heat conduction elements.
QVOL ID = 41.how to resolve this?

i would follow the tutorial, and change the flux by a QVOL and give it a try. Is that what you've tried?
Can you share some pictures?
QVOL is applied to a solid element (hexa or tetra).
