Size and shuffle Optimization (Composite)
I ran free size and size optimization successfully. However when I am trying to run shuffle optimization Its not satisfying design constraints.
I have two questions.
1. If I want to extract the final design after size optimization. How can I do that? - I tried by importing shuffling.fem (which is generated after size optimization) and ran a static analysis on that. But I found that displacement values do not match when I compared it with values obtained in .out file (which is generated after size optimization). So shuffling.fem does not have final design or is something wrong here.
Output cards for size that I am using - SZTOSH, MASSCOMP.
2. When I run shuffle optimization I see in the .out file that at some point in iterations design constraint violation gets very low about 0.2% but then it again diverges from that point. How do I solve this.

Could you please share the .out and .stat file?
For optimization material fraction used is differnt from analysis and this is why you see difference in results.
You can force to use 100% using opticontrol>>MATINIR>>1
