Problem with download link (student edition)

Hi, I'm student and my download link for "Altair student edition" doesn't work.

I have tried to use Firefox and edge, but I had the same proble. I need another link.

Could you send an alternative link to 20190819@vision.hoseo.edu? Thank you.

    Can you add an image/video of what you see when you click on the link? do you see any errors?

    Did it help when you copy (right click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different tab and click go ?

    Hello, the other day, if the download link didn't work,
    I got a new link and confirmed that it works, but another problem occurs. 
    I used the methods suggested on our homepage for student licenses, but they don't work. Could you send an
    another license link for students to 20190819@vision.hoseo.edu ? Thank you

    I successfully registered but the download link I received does not work I have applied all the troubleshooting methods but with no success. Can a new download link be sent?
