Problem with download link - student edition

Hello, I'm a student, I'm trying to download the Altair student edition program from the link that I received in my email, but it doesn't work, could you help me and send me another link in my E-mail : imane.elboughardini@alum.uca.es

    Can you add an image/video of what you see when you click on the link? do you see any errors?

    Did it help when you copy (right click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different tab and click go ?

    This is the default chrome name for files that are in the process of downloading, so the download was not completed at your end, do you see similar behaviour with other browsers?

    Yes I used other browsers but the problem remains the same. what am I going to do to get the software? Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

    Can you share the screenshot of the error when you copy-paste the link into different browser?

    Plus, we have also sent alternate download links as a PDF attachment via email, please let us know here if the issue persists.
