CBUSH is locked

Hi,

I am trying to gain confidence with the use of CBUSH elements. To do so, I set up a model which is composed by two plates: one is grounded and the other is free to move along the x direction. The two plates are connected by means of a CBUSH and a force is applied to the movable plate. Using a unit force and a unit stiffness, I expected a unit displacement of the second plate. Unfortunately, I get a numerically zero displacement. Apparently, I am missing something in the definition of the CBUSH. Could someone help me?
I attach a picture of the model and the model itself.

Thank you,
Yuri

Please use a more reasonable value for your material modulus.

Agreed. With your E extremely high, you add singularities to your matrix, then the results are wrong.

    Thank you,
I didn't consider that the Young modulus could be the problem.
